Metatron rallied the angels and fought the archdemons, eventually creating copies of her fellow archangels to seal the archdemons away and then sealed those vessels away in another world in an effort to make sure the demons would never return. With their power, Satan was slain, and his pieces scattered throughout Grastaea, eventually forming into the archdemons known as the Sinister Dominion. However, he soon had to face the archangels led by the sister of Sandalphon, Metatron. Long ago before the rise of Ilia, Satan caused chaos across Grastaea. His body has various spikes around it, particularly on his arms and legs. He also has what looks like a pair of flames on his head. Euden comments that he felt Bahamut's animosity towards the party leaving him, which he theorises is because he recognises Euden and the party as strong enough to defeat Xenos and protect possibility.Satan appears as a giant black demon with batlike wings, two tails, and giant horns. Bahamut vanishes and the party is returned to Grastaea. Just as he is about to attack the party once again, he stops as Satan's body cannot handle Bahamut's power and is starting to degrade. With this Zethia and Zena come back to life due to the contradiction of memories, and the party pushes forward in their fight against the Origin.Įuden and the party's attacks begin to work on Bahamut, whose spirit begins to split from Satan. This time, Euden takes the blow and begins to remember Zethia. After Euden manages to get the team back together, they confront Bahamut once more who attempts to erase them all. He then causes the world to become a mess that the heroes get separated.
Knowing this would kill them as well, the party faces off against the Origin only for Bahamut to use his powers to erase Zethia from existence.
Now back with an actual physical body, Bahamut prepares to destroy the world in order to get rid of the Progenitor. As they prepare to do so though, the Origin takes control of Zethia once again and destroys Satan as a sacrifice to allow him to roam the world once more. After unlocking the primal forms of the greatwyrms, the party releases Origa and gets ready to fight Satan. However, with Nedrick now in control, Bahamut moves on to taking over Zethia.Īfter working on freeing Zethia from Bahamut's grip, they discover that Bahamut wasn't completely responsible for controlling Zethia and that an unknown entity had forced him to do so at that moment.Įventually, they find out that Bahamut is not actually the Origin, but the one who took control was. In order to prevent Bahamut from taking Nedrick's body, the party enters Nedrick's mind and helps him get his pact with Bahamut fully set. Nedrick attempts to fight the party only for Bahamut to take control and start opening rifts with intent on destroying the world just to prevent The Progenitor from awakening. Due to how dangerous shapeshifting is, the party oppose with Zethia following Nedrick, claiming the other half of the pact herself.
Nedrick then sought out to complete the pact that Bahamut force upon him, but he also had the intention of slaying Bahamut.Īfter Nedrick reveals to the Halidom Party how Bahamut is the Origin, he prepares to use the dawnshard to complete his pact before Zethia and Ilia reveal a detail he had left out in which he would use Bahamut's power to grant everybody the ability to shapeshift. This pact with Bahamut gave him immense power and unique mana-absorbing abilities, so he was adopted by the faeries who studied his abilities hoping to harness Bahamut's power as well. The boy then went on to be known as Nedrick. Sometime later, after the son of King Aurelius passed away from dragonscales, Bahamut found the body and formed a partial pact with it, bringing it back to life. However, the avatars of the elements, the seven Greatwyrms, fused into a vessel for him with which he sealed Xenos away at the cost of his life, leaving his servant, the Holywyrm Elysium to take charge of caring for the world.
Following this, Xenos desired complete control over the inhabitants of the world while Bahamut sought free will, so the two battled each other, which resulted in Bahamut losing his physical form. Bahamut beat them to it by wiping out everything with intent to start from scratch. However, Xenos noticed their creations fighting with one another making them feel the need to intervene. On top of that, there is a raid boss called Proto-Bahamut who is a weaker clone of the real deal.Īt the beginning of the universe, Bahamut and Xenos formed a pact with each other to create the world. The vessel of Bahamut is a giant black dragon with huge wings.īahamut's true appearance is that of a white dragon that is even larger, spanning four red wings.īahamut's role is minimal, but there are weapons named after him that are considered powerful and dangerous.
